Our Team Alan Crowetz President and CEO Alan brings a wealth of knowledge to InfoStream, including experience in accounting, communications, desktop publishing and troubleshooting among other skills. As the company’s President and CEO, he utilizes these abilities to not only review client computer and networking systems, but also to design solutions and educate clients on alternatives. Prior to joining InfoStream in 1994, Alan has been a consultant on television and a speaker at several professional and civic group events. In addition, he taught both computer and business courses at various colleges. Alan holds a Masters in Business, a Series 7 certification as well as numerous Microsoft advanced engineering certifications. Alan has received the Outstanding MBA Graduate Award from Palm Beach Atlantic University, an annual award given to alumni that have made a significant impact. Under Alan’s direction, InfoStream has grown to become one of the leading managed service providers in South Florida Mr. Crowetz also serves on the Rinker School of Business Advisory Board at Palm Beach Atlantic University. This board is the university’s main link to the business community, with a mission to create a positive environment for development and change. David Parizek Senior Network Engineer Since 2003, David’s skills and talents have been integral to realizing the InfoStream mission. Specifically, he offers expertise in server and workstation installation and upgrades, as well as software support and training, and also network audits, evaluations and migrations. His years of industry experience are augmented by his BS in Aviation Management from Florida Tech and certifications including MCSE for Windows NT, MCP – IIS and SBSC. Previously, David served as an Instructional Technical Support Assistant at Timber Trace Elementary School and as a Computer Specialist and a Network Administrator at the Palm Beach International Airport. When he’s not managing IT systems, David volunteers with his local church youth group, and has been a member of Palm Beach Underwater Hockey since 1994! Ask him about his collection of Disney memorabilia and memories. Molly Hoard Network Engineer Molly offers 13 years of technology experience. From phones and tablets to servers and workstations, she has the skills to accomplish the job at hand. She started her IT career as a self-taught programmer and database administrator. She earned her Unix System Administrator certification after realizing the need for such a position at her firm. She continued to add to her skillset as she discovered what she loved to do-working with customers in the field. She has supported environments from a 4 person shop to enterprises of 200+ users. Adept at getting to the root of a problem, she quickly finds a solution. Microsoft Small Business Server, Exchange, SonicWall and Backup Exec are just a few of the skills she brings to our team. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and training users, from top level executives to the most timid end user. On an individual level or a group setting, she can lead users to become comfortable and well-informed in almost any technology. Molly was born in Chicago, raised in Cleveland, Ohio and has resided it Atlanta for the last 15 years. An adventurous type, she enjoys caving and skydiving. A philanthropist who donates time at local community food banks, as well as feeding and clothing the homeless on the streets on Atlanta. She looks forward to giving in her new community. Henry Verlander Network Engineer We are growing and are very happy to welcome yet another star to the team at InfoStream. We constantly look for ways to provide even better service, reduce costs for clients and bring the most amazing technology to our clients and we’d like to introduce you to our latest engineer. Having scoured the country in our quest to find the best of the best, the Crème de la Crème of network engineers, sometimes rejecting many and starting all over again, we are now very excited to have Henry Verlander coming on board this month. Henry was born and raised in Virginia and has been in West Palm Beach since 2001 so whilst not a native, he has been here long enough to know the area well. He is a very experienced IT specialist with not only an MCSE to his credit but a much coveted MBA as well. He is a specialist in cloud services, servers, computers and related cutting edge fields. It’s a fast and developing world in cloud computing and terminal services and we hope he will actively help us to delve further into improving our services and results for our clients. On a personal level, he is an avid golfer and participates in amateur tournaments in the Palm Beach area. He is also an accomplished musician playing in the Good Times Band which performing at dances and parties around the county. We are so lucky to have such a great relationship with our clients and so bringing a new member into the “family” is a big deal. We look forward to you meeting him as well as for him to get to know you. He isn’t just an extremely talented engineer, he is very insightful and adept at working with small and medium sized businesses. Not to mention a fantastic person! Javier Trilla Network Engineer Javier is a ten year veteran in the IT field with a wide range of experience. Whether it’s putting out fires, rolling out a new network, or migrating a business to a new network, he is always up to the task. He is a people person who can talk shop, but can also explain concepts to clients in plain English. Javier brings a BA in business administration to the table, along with several Microsoft certifications. Having held a previous position as a senior data recovery engineer, he understands the importance of redundant backups first hand and the role they play in keeping a business running smoothly. He has a strong understanding of Microsoft Small Business Servers, Exchange, and has run into many different software suites over the years. Javier is a South Florida native, and has lived in the North Palm area for fourteen years. An avid boater, you can find Javier relaxing on the water on weekends. Whether it be kicking back at the Jupiter sandbar, or attempting to fish a few miles offshore! Trudy Crowetz Treasurer With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Trudy brings invaluable expertise in computerized accounting systems and network system administration to the InfoStream team. Previously, she honed her skills as Director of Finance and Administration at The Arc, as a Firm Administrator/Controller at Rampell & Rampell, CPAs, and as Staff Accountant at Southeast Regional Management Co. In addition to holding her BA in Business Administration, Trudy is a Certified Public Accountant. Tim Beckwith Network Engineer Tim brings over 25 years of experience in the information technology and services industry to InfoStream. He previously worked for IBM as well as the local municipal government. As Network Engineer, he is responsible for a variety of tasks including IT management, software development, disaster recovery and business continuity. In addition, his technical expertise includes experience with Exchange/Outlook e-mail systems, cable plant management, CCTV and networking. Tim currently holds a Bachelor of Computer Science. Michelle Gangone Bookkeeper Michelle manages all bookkeeping and accounting functions for the InfoStream team. Her responsibilities include bank reconciliation, sales tax and payroll among others. She brings over a decade of experience to her current role with over nine years of bookkeeping and two years in banking.
