Alan Crowetz

Alan Crowetz

President and CEO

Alan Crowetz brings a wealth of knowledge to InfoStream, including experience in accounting, communications, desktop publishing and troubleshooting among other skills. As the company's President and CEO, he utilizes these abilities to not only review client computer and networking systems, but also to design solutions and educate clients on alternatives.

Prior to joining InfoStream in 1994, Alan has been a speaker at several professional and civic group events. In addition, he taught both computer and business courses at various colleges. Alan holds a Masters in Business, a Series 7 certification as well as numerous Microsoft advanced engineering certifications. He has passed the FBI’s InfraGard Records Check and is a member in the FBIs InfraGard program.

He is frequently on television having appeared numerous times on NBC, FOX, ABC and CBS and is now the Internet Security Expert for WPTV and WFLX.

Alan Crowetz has received the Outstanding MBA Graduate Award from Palm Beach Atlantic University, an annual award given to alumni that have made a significant impact. Under Alan's direction, InfoStream has grown to become one of the leading managed service providers in South Florida.

Alan Crowetz serves on the Rinker School of Business Advisory Board at Palm Beach Atlantic University. This board is the university's main link to the business community, with a mission to create a positive environment for development and change.


Henry Verlander

Henry Verlander

Senior Network Engineer

Henry Verlander is a very experienced IT specialist with not only an MCSE to his credit but a much coveted MBA as well. He is a specialist in cloud services, servers, computers and related cutting edge fields. It’s a fast and developing world in cloud computing and terminal services and we hope he will actively help us to delve further into improving our services and results for our clients.

On a personal level, he is an avid golfer and participates in amateur tournaments in the Palm Beach area. Henry Verlander is also an accomplished musician playing in the Good Times Band which performing at dances and parties around the county.


Chris Drimalas

Chris Drimalas

Network Engineer Coordinator

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Chris Drimalas has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security and several IT certifications. He has been servicing clients of all sizes on both coasts of Florida for over 12 years. He has served as Lead Engineer on numerous national projects in corporate environments.

He is often found spending quality time with his family whenever time permits as well as playing video games, as he is still a kid at heart. He still has his original Nintendo among other systems and has been known to fire it up purely for nostalgic reasons.

As a teenager, Chris discovered a passion for computers and started taking pride in helping others stay productive and get what they need. His particular field of interest within IT is security. He always goes the extra mile for his clients. He enjoys IT as it is constantly evolving and allows for continuing education. Chris Drimalas is currently studying for his MCSA Server 2016 certification.


Quentin Tockar

Quentin Tockar

Network Engineer

Born in South Africa, I have been in Florida over 16 years. I have been using computers since the Commodore 64 days! Studied my MCSE on MS Window 95 and NT 3.5.1 back in the 90’s. I love all things retro and the computing 80’s. 

I have a great interest in all thing’s tech related. In my free time I enjoy playing golf, diving, spending time with my family and playing video games when I have a moment. I also enjoy tinkering with custom PC builds. I am specialized in all things Microsoft, Apple, Networking and Linux and have a keen interest in Virtual and cloud platforms.


Keith Gonzalez

Keith Gonzalez

Network Engineer

Keith is a career technologist with a vast array of computer and networking experience. He's used his troubleshooting skills to help users solve issues in a wide variety of markets, including academia, heavy construction, dot-com, medical, legal, and nonprofits to name a few. He believes in person-centered IT, and builds a computer experience that facilitates the most efficient work environment to make the day go as smoothly as possible.

He started his IT career in the DOS era and has been adapting to new technologies as they arrive on the scene. Keith was one of the first registered website developers in the country and has been invited to international positions for his skills and tenacity for getting the job done right.

In his free time, Keith enjoys spending time with his partner and their 100 lb Lab and 7 lb Yorkie. He loves spending time outdoors doing water activities, particularly lap swimming, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Photography and writing are also among his favorite hobbies.


Matthew Carpenter

Matthew Carpenter

Network Engineer

Matthew is a native Floridian, born in Ft Myers Florida. He grew up in Ft Lauderdale and later attended and graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. He has since been working in multiple fields of Information Technology. For more than a decade Matthew has been working as an MSP provider leveraging twenty years of experience in IT. Well versed in cyber security Matthew has assisted in the implementation of CMMC compliancy for government contractors and vendors as well provided network administrator services for hundreds of clients.

In his free time, he is usually found spending time with his wife and two children. In addition, he is an avid softball player and soccer referee for the Boynton Beach recreational soccer league. In addition to being very computer focused Matthew also enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, and any other activity that gets him out of the house.


Toffi de Havillande

Toffi de Havillande

Business Manager

Toffi de Havillande has a wealth of business experience gathered in various management, marketing and PR roles across a wide range of industries from Real Estate to Financial Planning in England, Monaco and France where she has lived. She has been working with InfoStream remotely from England and France and adds a uniquely British flavor to daily life.

Born in London but French educated, she has spent half of her life in France so is not only bi lingual but bi cultural too which has given her great insight into what makes both businesses and the people who work in them, tick.

One of our staff told her she is the glue that holds us all together and her wide ranging management and marketing skills have enabled her to build a great relationship with both our clients and staff.

Toffi de Havillande has a passion for classic cars, avidly follows F1 motor sport, is very interested in the culinary arts and even had her own French restaurant many years ago which she considers was the closest she ever came to slavery.


Michelle Gangone

Michelle Gangone

Bookkeeper

Michelle Gangone manages all bookkeeping and accounting functions for the InfoStream team. Her responsibilities include bank reconciliation, sales tax and payroll among others. Michelle Gangone brings over a decade of experience to her current role with over nine years of bookkeeping and two years in banking.


Norma Anne Chattin

Human Resources

Norma Anne Chattin manages recruiting and non-technical training for the InfoStream team. She has been working in the Information Technology industry for over fifteen years. She connects the technical with the personal for all our team members.
