Who we are

Vision Technology Group, LLC, doing business as InfoStream, provides managed IT, cybersecurity and related services to businesses in Palm Beach County, Florida. Our office is at 1300 North Florida Mango Road, Suite 14, West Palm Beach, FL 33409. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the name, email address, company name and message you provide. When you call or email us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent, and the site or search that referred you. We use Google Analytics for this.

Cookies. We use cookies for essential site function and for analytics. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to any part of the site, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

We do not collect payment card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we use it

To respond to your inquiry, to provide and support services you have asked for, to send our newsletter if you asked for it, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to meet our legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate: our website host, our analytics provider, our email and ticketing systems. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the relationship, and then deleted on a routine schedule. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per the settings in Google Analytics.

How we protect it

We apply the same security practices to our own systems that we recommend to clients: access control, encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication and monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any message. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@infostream.cc. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor those where they apply.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Links to other sites

Our site links to systems operated by others, including our client portal and client login. Those services have their own privacy policies and this one does not cover them.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
