Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

InfoStream wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of building the site properly, not as an afterthought.

Standard we are working to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform.

What we have done

• Text and background colors are chosen to meet contrast requirements.
• Every image carries alternative text describing what it shows.
• The site can be navigated by keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible.
• Headings are structured in order so screen reader users can navigate by section.
• Forms have labels attached to their fields, and errors are described in text rather than by color alone.
• The site works at any screen size and supports browser zoom without loss of content.

Known limitations

• Some older blog posts published before this standard was adopted may contain images without alternative text, or documents that are not fully accessible. We are working through these.
• Third-party services we link to, including our client portal and client login, are outside our control and we cannot guarantee their accessibility.
