The Deep Dive scan works as follows: We send you a tool to run on your network that gathers a ton of raw data. We also send you instructions on how to run it (it's not hard). When the tool finishes running, it creates a file to send back to us. We then upload the file into a system that compiles all of this data into very comprehensive reports which we then send back to you. If at any time you would like help running the utility (we can even remote in to help you if you would like), have questions about the process or have questions about the final reports, Powerpoint, Excel, etc. analysis, we are happy to help as much or as little as you want.
