I just wanted to let him know how much I appreciate Henry and also Infostream for having someone on staff to help us ‘unpopular’ Mac users. I have dealt with many IT specialists who refuse to help me, or are unable to help me in a timely manner because of all of the research they have to do. Henry is so amazing and I feel so comfortable knowing that if there is something wrong with my computer at The Arc, he will be able to help me.
