She has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 1998; a Certified QuickBooks POS Advisor since 2002; and currently has over 1,000 successful accounting software installations worldwide. She holds the Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Enterprise Solution Provider, Intuit Premier Reseller and Sleeter Group QuickBooks Consultant Certifications. She is also a member of the National Advisors Network.
As the former Corporate Lead Instructor at Palm Beach Atlantic University, she single-handedly brought one of Palm Beach County’s largest employers up to speed in Microsoft Office. As a technical writer, she has created instructional materials for Comcast, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Palm Beach County Adult Education and Palm Beach County Health Care District. Over 25 years of IT support experience and empathy allow her to best match skill sets to solve clients’ problems.
