A warning has been issued to players, by The Florida Lotto of a scam website selling shares of Powerball tickets on the internet.

If you bought and sent gift cards from digital retailer ‘Gyft’ this holiday season, it’s strongly recommended that you reset your password after Gyft reported a data breach.

Gyft have not yet announced just how many accounts have been affected but it is thought that the figure is a single digit percentage of customers.

The difference is a critical security issue, but would you believe that encryption could possibly be a bad thing! Perhaps you have seen the warnings that some internet browsers will pop-up to you, telling you that your data might be visible to others.
