End of the Year IT Planning, and Beyond….

As we approach the end of 2012, it's time to give some thought as to what your IT needs may look like in 2013. If you haven't already, it's a great idea to put a budget together for new hardware (computers, servers, infrastructure upgrades such as firewalls, backups, and network devices), and any software upgrades you have been putting off for a while.

How well do you know your network?

You've worked with it for years. You know more about it than you do about your favorite pet. But do you really know your network? How many user accounts do you have that are no longer in use? Do you know how many times you've installed your licensed software? Have you recently looked into those errors on your workstations?
